At Local Home Services, we stand behind the quality of our appliance repair services and aim to provide every customer with reliable workmanship and peace of mind. Please read our warranty terms and service disclaimers carefully.
We offer up to a 90-day limited warranty on labor and workmanship for all appliance repair services. This warranty applies to the specific repair performed and the part(s) installed by our technicians.
Parts Warranty:
Most new parts installed are covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, ranging from 30 days to 1 year. The exact duration depends on the brand and product line. Our team will advise you accordingly at the time of service.
Labor Warranty:
Workmanship is guaranteed for up to 90 days from the date of service. If the same issue reoccurs within this period due to our repair, we will return and address it at no additional labor cost.
Our warranty does not cover the following:
Issues unrelated to the original repair.
Failures caused by:
Power surges or electrical issues.
Floods, fires, or other acts of nature.
Improper usage, installation, or maintenance.
Repairs performed by another technician or company after our visit.
Appliance models deemed obsolete or discontinued where parts are no longer available.
Cosmetic damage, noise issues, or consumable parts (e.g., water filters, bulbs).
A diagnostic or service call fee is charged to inspect your appliance. If you proceed with the repair, this fee may be applied toward your total cost. If you decline the repair, the service call fee remains non-refundable.
Warranty claims require proof of service (receipt/invoice). Please retain a copy for your records. We cannot honor warranty claims without documented proof of the original repair.
By using our repair services, you agree to the following terms:
Local Home Services is not liable for any indirect damages, including food loss, water damage, or downtime resulting from appliance failure.
We are not responsible for future breakdowns caused by other components of the appliance not involved in the original repair.
If a manufacturer or third-party supplier delays parts, Local Home Services is not liable for any resulting inconvenience or costs.
Repairs performed on older appliances may have limitations due to availability of compatible parts or manufacturer support.
Any modifications, tampering, or additional work done on the appliance by another party (including DIY attempts) will void this warranty.
