• Offer is void if customer requests a second opinion, partial approval, or delays the repair decision beyond the initial visit.

• If parts are required and must be ordered, the customer must pay a deposit at the time of approval to secure the waived service fee.

• If the customer cancels the scheduled repair after approving, the full service call fee will be reapplied to cover technician time and scheduling.

• Service call waiver does not apply to inspection-only visits, no-issue findings, or non-repair consultations.

• Service area restrictions may apply; offer only valid in select regions served directly by Local Home Services.

• Offer subject to technician availability and cannot be applied retroactively to completed jobs.

• This promotion may be suspended during peak seasons or emergency situations at company discretion.

• Cannot be combined with:

  • Manufacturer warranty services

  • Third-party extended warranty coverage
